½ Cup uncooked white rice
2 Cups cooked Red Kidney Beans
¼ Cup chopped onion
1 Tablespoon soy sauce
1 Tablespoon sherry
½ teaspoon toasted sesame seeds (optional)
Cook rice until tender.
Add cooked red beans, onion, soy sauce and sherry; mix gently. Simmer, covered 5 minutes or until all moisture is absorbed.
Sprinkle with seeds.
